If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our Certified Happy Guarantee applies to the first purchase of any product (first bottle). If at any time you feel the product has not met your expectations you can return it with no questions asked.

To prevent fraud, for all other orders, you have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be sealed in original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

For products that are covered under our Certified Happy Guarantee a refund will be initiated immediately.

For products that require a return, a refund will be initiated when we receive and inspect the product.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, excluding cost of shipping, to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

There is no need to return any product that is refunded under our Certified Happy Guarantee.

For all other returns we will provide a return label. We will not cover the expense if you decide to purchase shipping.
