RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisﬁed with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Nature’s Wellness Market L.L.C.’s Certiﬁed Happy Guarantee applies to the ﬁrst purchase of any product (ﬁrst bottle). If at any time you feel the product has not met your expectations, you can return it with no questions asked.
For all other orders, you have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be sealed in original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
For products that are covered under our Certiﬁed Happy Guarantee, a refund will be initiated immediately.
For all other product returns, a refund will be initiated after Nature’s Wellness Market L.L.C. receives and inspects the product, and approves the return.
If your return is approved, Nature’s Wellness Market L.L.C. will initiate a refund, excluding cost of shipping, to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies.
There is no need to return any product that is refunded under our Certiﬁed Happy Guarantee.
For all other returns Nature’s Wellness Market L.L.C. will provide a return label. Nature’s Wellness Market L.L.C. will not cover the expense if you decide to purchase shipping.
